Nearsighted Birding

Do you have trouble seeing the birds? Learn to identify birds by sound and how to use binoculars. Look and listen for birds in different habitats and find out why they live there. Ages 13 and under with an adult. Registration required.

Explore the trails of Wheaton Regional Park. Be prepared to walk 1 – 2 miles on natural surface trails. No baby strollers, please. Today we’ll hike along Deer Hollow Trail. Registration required. Fee: $4/child
