Kemp Mill Estates Local Park

This park features a playground, softball field, multi-use field, and two tennis courts. The park is also home to the Kemp Mill Recreation Building, which is available for rent. The park seem much larger than its 12 acres because it is adjacent to the 1,200-acre Northwest Branch Stream Valley Park. Kemp Mill Estates Local Park was acquired by M-NCPPC in 1962.
