Reservations can be made online, over the phone, in person at one of our Permit Office locations, or via mail or fax.
Completed application forms may be submitted in one of five ways:
- In person at either of our Permit Office locations during operating hours;
- Online at www.ParkPermits.org;
- By calling the Silver Spring Permit Office at 301-495-2525;
- By mailing your completed application form to Montgomery Parks, M-NCPPC, Park Permit Office, 9500 Brunett Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20901; or,
- By faxing your completed application form to 301-495-2484.

In an effort to streamline County services, the Office of Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) is now the scheduling agency for all fields previously scheduled by Montgomery Parks, M-NCPPC in Montgomery County. Contact CUPF for permit application forms. All completed request forms must be submitted directly to CUPF. For more information on the new athletic field rental process, please visit the CUPF website. NOTE: We recommend that you visit the park activity building in advance of making a reservation to ensure the building fits your needs. Keys are available at our Permit Office locations and can be picked up between the hours of 8:30am - 3:00pm daily. Photo ID and a key deposit of $25 will be required. The key must be returned to the same location by 4:30pm the same day.
